FSUE AMNGR invite you to take part as a Contender in an open tender for delivery of Flipper Delta anchor (from 7,5 to 10,0 tons) in assembly with anchor shackle (1 ea.).

Please submit your proposals before April 24, 2011 (receipt according to the post stamp).
The decision of successful bidder will be taken before May 10, 2011.
Place of anchor delivery on terms DDP/DDU - port of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Kamchatka Region, the Russian Federation. FSUE “Arktikmorneftegazrazvedka” is a consignee and payer.
Upon receipt of formal notice a successful bidder shall enter into agreement within 10 working days.

In order to take part in a tender the Contender shall submit to the tender board the following documents:

  • application to take part in a tender (informal);
  • certified copies of foundation documents, certificate of registration;
  • tax clearance certificate, issued by tax inspection for the last accounting period (for Russian companies only);
  • data on financial solvency;
  • commercial proposal.

The Contender shall include in his commercial proposal the following:

  • name of anchor, its drawing with full technical characteristics and dimensions, completeness with the anchor shackle;
  • product value (all expenses included);
  • delivery terms;
  • payment terms and conditions (payment schedule);
  • documents for goods (RMRS, ABC/DNV/LRS certificates etc. for anchor and anchor shackle as well)
  • mode of delivery (transport), term of delivery (transport expenses shall be included into product value);
  • manufacturer;
  • warranty period;
  • validity of a proposal but not less than 20 calendar days from the final date of proposal submission;

The above sealed documents shall be delivered against signature or sent by registered mail with delivery notification to the address of FSUE “Arktikmorneftegazrazvedka”, Russia, 183032 Murmansk, pr. Kolskij 1, office 410 (attn.: Tender Board)
