OJSC AMNGR hereby invite you to take part in a price quotation as a Contender for the choice of supplier of petroleum, oil and lubricants for JU Murmanskaya, laying in Vietnam.
Place of delivery: DAP Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam (Incoterms 2010);
Consignee and Payer: OJSC “Arktikmorneftegazrazvedka”;
Date of the goods delivery: September 2012;
Please find below the list of required goods.
Delay in payment up to 30 days from the date of products are received.
1. Application for participation in the bid (prepared in any form, signed by the chief executive officer and with the company seal);
2. Notarized copies of as follows: constitutive documents, Certificate of Registration, documents confirming the chief executive officer authority;
3. Tax Clearance Certificate and Certificate confirming the absence of debts in respect of compulsory payments, both issued by the tax inspection for the latest fiscal period (the original);
4. Accounting reports for latest fiscal period;
5. The Company’s guarantee letter of making a contract not later than 10 days from the date hereof after its formal notice of the bid win (prepared in any form, signed by the chief executive officer and with the company seal);
6. Commercial proposal (signed by the chief executive officer and with the company seal), containing as follows:
6.1) Value of the product delivered. The cost as per lots should be itemized and include the cost of delivery, customs and other compulsory payments, VAT and other taxes should also be included into the value;
6.2) delivery date;
6.3) way of delivery;
6.4) description, characteristics of the product offered (drawings, figures, complete sets, etc.);
6.5) information on approximate size, volume and weight of the equipment in question;
6.6) supporting documents (passports, assembly diagrams, operations manual, which of the supervising bodies the attached documents will be confirmed and approved by, etc.);
6.7) information on the product/equipment warranty period;
6.8) information on the validity of the proposal (but not less than 30 calendar days from the final date of documents submission for participation in the bid);
6.9) contact information: telephones, e-mail;
7. Draft Agreement filled in (as per the form attached);
8. inventory of the documents submitted.
BE ADVISED THAT:
1. Oil should be delivered with the seal of manufacturer.
2. The certificates from manufacturer are obligatory.
3. The period since manufacture - not more than 3 months.
The documents listed above, in the sealed envelope marked “Bidding Documents. Open bid to purchase petroleum, oil and lubricants for JU Murmanskaya. Do not break this seal” shall be handed over against signature or forwarded by registered mail with delivery confirmation at the address:
